Melissa is passionate about implementing holistic care along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR therapy to alleviate stress and heal from pain. She helps her clients explore foundational health habits such as movement, diet/nutrition, sunlight, aromatherapy, nature, sound/music therapy, mindset, and in order to facilitate healing for the mind, heart, body, and spirit. She uses empathy and warmth to create a safe place for clients to explore painful experiences and thought patterns, identify strengths and coping skills, and learn that our pain does not define us. She believes healing can empower us to turn our pain into our passion to fulfill our purpose in life.
